Wonderful Wednesdays Link Party #9

Happy 4th of July and thank you for coming on this busy day for those of you who live in the USA and a great big welcome to everyone else! I’m glad you came and I can’t wait to see what you’ve been working on. Last week we had a lot of fun and also useful ideas at the party. Below I’m spotlighting some of those ideas:

Gretel Creations is making sloths! Aren’t they cute! She says that it will take “a pair of laborious hands and a trusty crochet hook to turn pretty balls of mohair into new two-toed friends.”

Blissful and Domestic shares some hard earned knowledge in her post on How to Live on $14K a year (and do well!). She tells us that, “Our dream was to pay cash for a house and we did it. We bought our house for $30,000 and paid cash.” That’s pretty amazing and she has lots of helpful hints.

Crystal and Company made this Pina Colada cake and I tried it, too! I used a sugar free Pillsbury cake mix and toasted the coconut a little and it was scrumptious!
