If you need some fun birthday party ideas, I would definitely recommend checking out Celebrate Birthdays! There’s great suggestions for party games, decor, favors and treats. I loved the adorable and easy to make party hats that start with a paper snack bowl. There’s a cute craft for dressing up party popcorn bags and they even show you how to make “ice cream cone” decorations out of balloons!

I recently hosted a baby shower and loved the cute ideas in Celebrate Baby Showers. They have a simple way to make a diaper koozie for the party drinks and the guestbook idea is so adorable, with tiny pink dresses to write well wishes on. If you’re unsure if the baby is a boy or girl, there’s also some gender reveal ideas, like the blue and red punch for drinks to celebrate!

Celebrate the Bachelorette has some great ideas for getting ready for your party before the big day! It includes large, full-page gorgeous photos of every project. There’s lot of fun favor ideas, including gold glittered champagne bottles. My favorite idea was the pink painted frame to use for a fun photo booth prop. Very fun!

I know how to create a very simple bow and use that look a lot. But I was interested in learning how to make some new and fancier ideas, so I got The Little Book of Big Ribbon Ideas to help me out. The first part is focused on ideas for decorating your gifts with different styles of ribbons.
After that, they show how to make several different styles of bows and there’s even ideas for trimming the edges to make them look finished and pretty. My favorite so far is the “Easiest Bow Ever” which actually uses the book itself to create it. Plus, it looks great on everything I’ve made it for!
